This allowed the mapping of the functionality of the packages to the processes and identify changes the needed to be made. The To-Be processes went down to SOP (system operating procedure level), these helped to define the training and testing deliverables.

- I attended many months of supplier workshops to help facilitate the definition of how the new packages would be used and what the gaps were.

- I built a full set of interfaces (about 60 files) that allowed the business to use a test system with real data a few years ahead of when the integration team would be able to deliver it. This allowed us to execution the solution over a two-month period using real world sales data.

- I worked with the test team to ensure the test approach documentation was in line with the program deliverables.

- I helped to developed the UAT test scripts and ensured they were loaded into Jira for execution.

- I managed through the UAT test phase running a daily stand up for all the users.

- I supported the project through the roll out stage.
